I’m not even sure how to start this review. Holy wow! I first fell in love with K.C. Lynn’s books when I read Fighting Temptation and with every book I read, the more I fall in love with K.C. Lynn’s books.

I was much like everyone else, waiting with baited breath for this book to appear on my kindle and let me just say, there was no disappointment.

With every new story, K.C. just continues to surprise and completely slay my heart with the beauty and personal connect she can create between the reader and her characters.

When I pick up a new book by K.C., I never feel like I’m reading a story she has already written. I differently felt like with this book, she broke my heart, by the end she had put it back together again.

I really felt a personal connect to Ryanne, totally understanding her struggle and need to keep herself and the things she holds dear safe. Justice, on the other hand, takes a little longer to root for, but by no means does that mean I didn’t fall deeply in love with this character.

I know I am not really giving away too much about this book but honestly that has more to do with my fear of giving something away than not knowing what to say. I honestly can’t say enough about how much I love this book.

If you have not picked up K.C. Lynn book before, this is a great one to start with. Just emotionally prepare yourself. This is one of the most beautiful emotional roller coasters I have been on in a while.

The best part of finishing this book is knowing that there are two more Creed brothers to come. So please K.C. Lynn, please write faster! I absolutely loved the first Creed brother and can’t wait to see what you have in store for the other two!
