Out Now! #Prankedlove In Blue by: Sunniva Dee...Five Star Review!!!

𝘽𝙖𝙗𝙮 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙠𝙨, 𝙗𝙖𝙗𝙮 𝙨𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙨, 𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙙𝙚𝙖𝙡?

Ninni lives for pranking the crap out of K-Pop.
She’d do it with him 24/7—sorry: do it 𝘵𝘰 him.

As in prank him.

Yep, their thing has everything to do with pranks.
Nothing to do with an insanity-in-a-bucket attraction.
It’s not like he’s drop-dead gorgeous and has infinite charisma or anything.
His brain isn’t Donald Duck, Einstein, and Shakespeare in one mischievous swirl either.

Nope! The girls of Blossom Field Avenue #246 and the Dudes of #247 are at prank war.

The Dudes are about to get upstaged.
It’s the prank of the ages!
Perfect. Legendary. Life-altering.

Wait: 𝙗𝙖𝙗𝙮-𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜?

No worries, though. When pranks OD on love, the Dudes and the Blossoms know exactly what to do.

My Review (ARC provided)
Five Stars!

I have never wanted celery sticks like I do after reading this book, (you’ll get it once you read it)! 😉
K-Pop and Ninni are the cutest dorkiest couple Sunniva has written. There isn’t a huge build up to their relationship because it’s been in the works for some time now, but how it evolves made me smile so big. This is such a fast fun read, and as these books continue, the pranks become better and better. I don’t want to say too much, but if you’ve read the first two you know K-Pop gets around and never has condoms of his own; always stealing from the dudes when he needs them. Sunniva worked this piece of information in perfectly in the story.

This book doesn’t have a whole lot of angst or drama; it’s just a fun story of how these two characters come to terms with their new relationship and a couple of obstacles thrown at them along the way.

“ He’s got hearts in his eyes as he looks at me, Ninni, and I’m desperately honest to my feelings when his hands go out, wanting to embrace me and the girl behind me too.”

I highly recommend picking up this series if you haven't read it yet and this book if you have. It can be read as a standalone but don’t miss out on the rest of the gang and their silly pranks. I’m anxiously awaiting the next pranking couple!

Kismet, a royal romance, by Dee Lagasse has a new cover and look at how pretty it is!! Read my review here!

Get your copy for only $1.99 for a limited time or read for #FREE in #KindleUnlimited: www.amzn.com/B07M9Z961K

SYNOPSIS:

Sutton Alloway-Dimarco

Daughter. Sister. Princess.

After a nonstop week promoting her new book to schools throughout Boston, all she wanted to do was spend a Friday night in her hotel room... eating chocolate and drinking wine.

Then her eyes met his...

Bodie Cambridge

Son. Brother. Hometown Hero.

After a whirlwind week celebrating a World Series win, the last thing he wanted to do was attend yet another event.

Until he heard her laugh...

Diving head, and heart, first into a seemingly picture perfect romance, it doesn’t take long for the world to fall in love with them too. An All-American baseball player winning the heart of a princess? It’s a modern day fairy-tale.

But as Sutton and Bodie settle into the idea of their happily ever after, ghosts from the past begin to haunt them. With their love, faith and trust on the line, Sutton and Bodie must choose to fight together or walk away and leave everything they’ve worked so hard to build behind.

My Review: (ARC provided)
Five stars!

Wow, Dee has done it again! She put together a well written and thought out story. This book was a sweet, heartwarming, feel-good romance. Dee can capture the scenery and characters as if you were right there living it with them.

Sutton and Bodie are both compelling characters; they know what they are looking for in life but get smacked in the face when they find each other. They both fall fast and hard, and distance and fame will be the only things that keep them apart.

Dee did a fantastic job of making you feel and understand how the royal live, and even how the famous live.
There wasn’t anything I disliked about the book; it was genuine. This is such a sweet romance, not a whole lot of angst but just enough to get your heart pumping a little faster.

I loved it!

My Review (ARC provided)
Five Stars!

Amy gets me every time with these Harris’s, and she keeps getting better and better. I loved every single minute of this book.
Allie (h) makes a big mistake, one she doesn’t think will ever be discovered until it’s too late. Roan lives for the game and his family; he’s quiet and likes to keep a clean reputation.
When Allie and Roan are set up, by our favorite Harris girl Vi, sparks fly and what was meant to be a one night stand is still fresh in their minds two years later. When Allie and Roan reconnect Allie tries everything to stay away, but she can’t resist Raon anymore.
I absolutely fell in love with them as a couple and as characters as well. Allie’s quirks and Roan’s quiet sarcasm and dry humor made for an outstanding story and pair. We get so many fun guest appearances from all the Harris’s and their significant others, and it just makes me want more more more.
I’m hoping for a possible spinoff, Mac and Freya anyone? Someone? I just can’t let them go.
If you're into RomCom, sports romance, or just a good romance in general that has a whole lot of sexy scenes from the start, angst, laughter and maybe even a few tears, I would highly recommend picking this one up.

Once again, Amy did not disappoint; I loved it!

excerpt Without warning, my uncle pushes open a set of double doors and leads me into a changing room full of… Naked. Soccer players. Butt naked, wet or sweaty—I can’t quite tell—soccer players. I catch sight of one guy flicking a towel at the bare ass of another, so I duck my head and shield my gaze. Good-god, if I’m caught ogling several hanging members being swung about all willy-nilly, I’ll be sure to lose my job! Be cool, Allie. Be cool. You’re one of the guys! And you’ve seen penises before! I stumble behind Vaughn, who doesn’t miss a step as he continues marching on, walking past loads more of naked soccer players positioned at their lockers. Seriously, why are they all completely naked? Don’t they get cold? I thought shrinkage was a real thing! Nothing in this room is shrunken. Shranked? Whatever…I can’t grammar right now, there’s dicks everywhere! Vaughn rounds a corner to another set of lockers and states firmly, “Here we are.” I look up just as my high heel catches on something beneath me. I make a move to extract it, but my foot hooks on to whatever it is, holding my leg hostage while my body continues propelling forward. Letting out a yelp, I brace myself for an epic tumble. But instead of falling down on the concrete flooring like I thought I would, I end up face planting into a chest. A very manly chest. A very manly, naked chest, whose pecs feel like two smooth boulders tensing beneath my twitching fingers that are currently clinging on for dear life. “Ag, careful…That bag’s a biter,” a familiar voice murmurs on the top of my head as two very large hands wrap around my waist. I look up and every organ in my body does a somersault as I stare up into the gorgeously pale brown eyes of Roan DeWalt. My one-night-stand. Who’s apparently not at all worried about shrinkage.

That Second Chance (Getting Lucky #1) by Meghan Quinn Release Date: May 7, 2019 Genre: Contemporary Romance

AVAILABLE NOW!!! FREE in Kindle Unlimited! Amazon US: https://amzn.to/2JlBhon Amazon UK: https://amzn.to/2V0PBVg Amazon CA: https://amzn.to/2J08Mgv Amazon AU: https://amzn.to/2UVYI9D Also available in paperback: https://amzn.to/2ZUnlY3

Blurb: USA Today bestselling author Meghan Quinn delivers a smart and cheeky romance about love’s power to lift hearts . . . and curses.
It was supposed to be an innocent night, celebrating my brother’s birthday. Nothing was supposed to go wrong. We’d vowed to be on our best behavior after all . . .
But it only took one rowdy night with my brothers to flip my world upside down. One unlucky encounter saddled us with a family curse and the promise of doomed relationships. I laughed it off immediately. “Yeah, right,” I thought. “A love curse. Ha!”
Boy, was I wrong.
Word spreads quickly in a town like mine; rumors about that night soon made us the most eligible yet untouchable bachelors in Port Snow, Maine. As a subject of endless gossip and speculation, I could kiss my dating life goodbye.
It would have stayed that way if Ren Winters, the new girl in town, hadn’t crashed into my life. Brave, beautiful, and smart—her vivacious thirst for a fresh start has given me hope that maybe, just maybe, I can have one too.
Everyone wishes for that second chance . . . but could this really be mine?

Excerpt: I’m counting out our register drawer, trying to stay focused on the numbers whipping through my head, but it’s difficult with Reid’s constant small talk. I jot down another tally mark on the paper in front of me and set aside a stack of bills.
“Hello, are you listening?” Reid asks, sounding annoyed.
“No. I’m counting.”
“Well, I’m talking about you, so you might want to lend me your ear for a second.”
Huffing, I set the cash on the counter, knowing my very persistent brother won’t be quiet until I give him my full attention. “What’s up, Reid?”
Satisfied, he smiles. “You should ask her out.”
“Ask who out?”
“Ren.”
Yeah, that’s not going to happen. “No.”
I go back to counting, but Reid starts snapping his fingers at me. “Hey, I wasn’t finished.” I look back up at him, not even slightly interested in this conversation. “I saw the way she was looking at you today. I think she likes you.”
“You’re confused. She was probably just being nice, since I’m the guy who pulled her out of the window of her car after her accident. And even if she does like me, which I highly doubt, there’s no interest on my end. So that’s the end of that.”
“Bull,” Reid and Jen both say at the same time.
Christ. My two most nagging siblings are ganging up on me. Just what I need when I’m trying to get home and relax.
“Can we not make this into a dissection of my personal life, please? I’m not in the mood, and I want to get this done so I can go home.”
“Griff, she’s pretty, she’s sweet, and she’s smart. She’s new to town and, I’m sure, could use a friend,” Jen says just as the door opens, its bell chiming through the space. Brig pops in, grease all over his shirt and a smirk on his face.
Uh-oh. There’s only one reason why he’d be smirking at me that way.
“What are we talking about?” He rubs his hands together and takes a seat on a barstool near the window. “If it’s about the hot new teacher in town, I want in on this conversation.”
“We’re trying to convince Griff to ask her out.”
Brig slow claps his appreciation. “Novel idea. I think they’re a perfect match.”
“I’m not asking her out,” I huff, giving up on the register and leaning against the wall behind me, arms crossed. There’s no way I’ll be able to concentrate on counting while these three are yapping in my ear.
“Why the hell not? She’s perfect for you,” Brig says, a little insulted at my rejection. “Before you even say no, you should at least get to know her a little. I told her today she could borrow your truck while her car is in the shop.”
I count to five before answering, tamping down my temper. “Why the hell would you do that?” Okay, maybe I didn’t tamp it down enough.
“Uh, because she lives three houses down from you?” Brig rolls his eyes as if I’m the stupid one in this conversation. “She needs some help, so be a knight in shining armor, dude. Help out the damsel in distress and then make out with her on the beach. Maybe cop a feel; get some for once.”
“I’m not doing that,” I answer, going back to the money, letting them know this conversation is over.
“And why not?” Jen asks.
“Because I’m not interested in starting or being in a relationship. I’m happy with how my life is right now, and I don’t need anything complicating it.”
“But she has heart eyes for you,” Brig says like a jackass.
“Don’t worry; there are plenty of Knightly brothers to choose from,” I reply.
“Come on, Griff, how fun can going home to an empty, lonely house really be?” Jen chimes in, concern evident in her voice.
I shift on my feet, my voice terse. “I like my house. It’s fine. I’m fine.”
Silence falls between us, an awkward air moving in like a fast-moving cold front.
“Is this because of New Orleans?” Reid finally asks, taking a seat next to Brig. Both of my brothers fix their gazes on me, waiting for an answer.
Why is this a thing whenever we talk about my love life? Can’t they just let it go? What happened was … hell, I don’t even know how to describe it. All I know is I don’t foresee love in my future.
Claire was the love of my life, and I lost her; in a blink of an eye she was gone. I’m not going through that again. Not ever.
Shaking my head, I turn away from my family. This conversation is over.
And with that, I take the cash to the back office, where I can get some peace and quiet.
Ask Ren Winters out on a date? Not going to happen.
And she’s not going to drive my truck either. I think that’s evident in the fact that she drove her car in between two trees.
Can’t blame a guy there.

My Review (ARC provided)
Five stars!

Once again Meghan gets a five-star review!! I have been wondering, waiting and hoping we get the Knightly brothers. We get a glimpse of them in Two Wedding Crashers and ever since I finished that book I've wanted to know the story behind these small town brothers. Well, we get our first story about the oldest brother Griffin. It is one hell of a story that pulls at your heartstrings and has you rooting for him to come out of his shell and live.

Ren comes into town like a freight train and knocks Griffin off his feet, but he is too stubborn and too broken to admit it. They form this bond and friendship that soon as them both guessing what the others feeling s are.

This is a slow burn that has you on the edge of your seat wishing that the two would finally make that final move to solidify their relationship.

I absolutely loved the way this book played out. I love Meghan's humor, and I love love how she brings out all your emotions. So as I said I give this book another five stars and I will be anxiously awaiting another Knightly brother.

Suzy's Review (ARC provided)
Five stars!!

I can never say "NO" to a Ilsa Madden-Mills Book yet alone a New Adult Sports Romance novel! This book was pure PERFECTION! Ilsa really knows how to write characters that you cant help but love.

I love seeing characters with a past and seeing them grow and move on from it. With Z and Sugar you definitely saw their vulnerability. They made my heart break at times but others make me laugh. I don't wanna give away any spoilers but this story and characters really make you get all the "feels"

Not only have they lost loved ones but Z suffers from anxiety. I absolutely loved this being talked about in this book and the ways to cope with it. Being in the spotlight like Z, captain of a Hockey Team and signing a deal with an NHL Hockey team he struggles with not wanting his mental illness out there. Mental Illness is nothing to be ashamed of and it should be talked about more. Ilsa did an amazing job speaking about it in this book!

I definitely recommend picking up this book!!
