I gobbled this book up! GIve me a strong feisty heroine any day over someone you can walk all over. Serena is a little quirky, definitely witty, and drop-dead gorgeous, she has her baggage and holds her guard up so she never gets hurt again. In having her guard up she comes off as being aloof and hard to get to know but when she lets you in she gives you an ear full. I loved her character so much! The way she is and how she acted I understood, and I loved her passion. She is someone I could easily be friends with. And then we have her family which is hilarious and I’m not even going to spoil that part.

Oh, Dillon...poor smitten Dillon becomes instantly attracted to a mysterious beauty to never find her again. Fast forward three years later and my have things changed. Is Dillon your typical playboy jock? Yes...on the outside. Is he smart and witty? Yes! Is he hurt by his past? Yes! What happens after three years past and he finally sees the girl!?
Both Dillon and Serena meshed so well from there fun banter to their chemistry, I fell in love with the two and felt for them. I wanted them to make it work but knew they had many obstacles to overcome first.

Like I said I devoured this book and loved every second of it. Another touchdown for Ilsa!
