This was not your typical rock star romance, it was not typical at all really. I've read all of Sarah's Kill Devil Hill's novels so this book was a nice surprise and I got to see some of my favorite characters. I'm not going to get into the synopsis of the story, but I will tell you that you think you're getting into a love triangle and it almost starts that way, but you learn that there is no real "love" in that triangle.
Caleb (H) was such a sweet guy, romantic and completely spellbound by the heroine Emma. Emma has a boyfriend and a lot of problems at home and with her self esteem so she doesn't understand Caleb's interest in her.
There is sexual chemistry from the beginning with these two, you can feel it coming off the pages. I really enjoyed this book and reading about this dysfunctional rock star family. I'm excited to read the next.
